Job Description

The Senior Project Manager provide overall leadership, governance, organization and management, to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee the execution of all project activities
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, and that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
• Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and ensure that all project deliverables meet their needs and expectations
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians and other professionals, to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns
• Provide overall project management administration duties

Job Requirements

• Min. 12 years of experience in ACMV works
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance
• Familiarity with ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
