Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for executing the company projects, and liaising with customers and vendors on all technical and commercial aspects of the project, as well as field staff on the installation, testing, and commissioning.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of proposed projects
- Designing electrical systems and components
- Preparing technical specifications and drawings
- Overseeing the installation and testing of electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Managing project budgets and resources
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in Electrical works
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software with strong understanding of Drawings
- Good project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
